Group Training

Fit House F.I.T. Conditioning Classes are Functional Integrated Training Classes that challenge you on all levels. Classes begin with a Dynamic Warm-Up followed by a Metabolic Conditioning Workout that ends with a Core Segment and a Restorative Cool-Down.

Classes utilize a variety of functional training equipment including: TRX Trainers, Rip Trainers, Concept 2 Ski Erg, Heavy Bags, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Medicine Balls, Bosu, Terra Core Trainers, and much more!

Classes incorporate use of Performance IQ Heart Rate Monitoring System where clients track their intensity and caloric expenditure and receive post workout emails detailing their exercise results!
